International shipping times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

All orders qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Returns and Damaged Items

Due to the nature of our diagnostic products, we cannot accept returns once a kit has been shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vetpointbio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or refund if applicable.
