At VetPoint Bio, we strive to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality. Because our kits and reagents are biological or single-use veterinary products, we are unable to accept returns once the items have been shipped, except in cases of defect or damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vetpointbio.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected items.
We will review your case promptly and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the sensitive nature of our products.
Non-Returnable Items
- Diagnostic kits, reagents, and swabs
- Opened or used products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
